How important is Sex to a marriage?

In the grand scheme of things. If marriage is 100% what percentage of that would be sex? 80, 90%... 20, 30%.How important is Sex to a marriage?
I think sex is on the lower side of the scale. Sex can be done with anyone, but having a good relationship is the most important thing. Once you have a good relationship I think you should have sex all the time! LOL. But if the relationship is bad then I think that people use sex to fill in what is missing in their marriage!How important is Sex to a marriage?
I can't give you a number, but sex and intimacy is VERY important to a marriage. It help maintain a bond of closeness and love. Take it from one who knows firsthand - cut out the sex and the relationship drifts apart, eventually irretrievably.
Marriage is a balance- Of many things. Think about it- its not just a relationship or a friendship...its all. Sure, sex is important but I would'nt put a percentage to it-if you are, then you should'nt be married. Its sharing a life, not a bed.
me and my husband has never put sex at the top of our list we have been together 20 years in september only been married 7 months and its never been more then 10% if we get the notion then we do it its always been a spontanius thing we put love 1st and just go with it

I would say 75%. Sounds high but if you don't have sex your marriage will fall apart quickly.
Without sex, there is no marriage at all
