They also voted no to gay marriage in Florida and Arizona, not only California.
And will the Georgia legislature every give the people the opportunity to vote on slavery? Some issues should not be decided by ';majority rules';.
You've had Kennedy as Senator for over 30 years. If gays were a politically exploitable group he'd have jumped all over the cause. What makes you think its going to happen?
why should they? the people elected their choice to manage the state and so must defer to the legislature.
