Would your report my wife to immigration for marriage fraud?

After she got her green card she ran up my credit cards and now wants a divorce. Can a husband report her for marriage fraud? Would you just chalk this up to a learning experience or would you call ICE on her? Open to all opinions even ones I might disagree with.Would your report my wife to immigration for marriage fraud?
Definitely call ICE. This sort of thing happens all the time, but most people are too embarrassed to do anything about it because they don't want to admit they were duped. But what your wife did was a con - she is no different from other criminals finding ways to scam innocent people out of their money.

She entered the US fraudently and does not deserve to stay in the country, as well as be entitled to half of your assets.Would your report my wife to immigration for marriage fraud?
well hun, put it this way, if you couldnt find a girl in your country that means that you were lucky someone married you

if you had to go to the extremes of exporting a foreign girl then you deserve it, specially if shes younger than you, or from russia.

you know thats all they want?

get a job, pay for your debts, feel luck that you got l a i d, and call it even! let her be happy she gave you va gi na that otherwise you probably wouldnt get

or do you have a pic to proof me wrong? %26lt;3
There is no easy answer. How long were you married? Is this her conditional green card or permanent green card? Are there kids involved? There are other things to consider, and other facts to be aware of. If you want to learn more, visit http://www.immigrationfraudvictims.com/index.html. You can also contact me there if you have additional questions.
Is the marriage actually fraudulent, or do you just want a way out? You certified in an I-864 filing that you would support her. Chalk it up as a big learning experience.
Call uscis , but if you took part in the marriage just to give her immigration benefits they will find out and your looking at big fines and prison time. So if its not a legitamate complaint proceed with caution
