Lawyer up! Cancel the cards!
And make sure she doesn't file anything along the lines of abuse with the police. I hope the two of you haven't filed for removal of conditions yet. Because she can still lose her green card if it turns out then that she only used you for immigration benefits.
Is she per chance from a former Soviet republic?

SURE call ICE and the sooner the better.But if she is illegal is she really legally your wife?UMM no the best thing to do is call ICE......On second thought YOU pay to send her back we tax payers have payed for her enough.....
If she's got her permanent green card then she's in the USA to stay.
You can start to fix things by closing the credit card accounts so she can't charge any more.
If she has a green card, uh. She is no longer illegal, and you have already given her rights as a spouse I assume only. If the fraud includes you, I would file for divorce first.
