Would a ';Long-form marriage certificate'; contain the same info as a ';Marriage license application';?

I am applying to dual citizenship (for Ireland) and the Consulate wants my Grandparents marriage license application (to show my grandparents places of birth, ages at the time of the marriage, etc). However, the NYC marriage bureau claims they've never heard of such a thing and only have a ';Long form marriage certificate'; but they won't show me what's on it until I pay for it. Any idea as to whether it's all the same thing with just a different title?Would a ';Long-form marriage certificate'; contain the same info as a ';Marriage license application';?
