Also if it is arranged does that mean they don't get to know each other before marriage?In India is it more common to have a love marriage or an arranged marriage in the Northern part of India?
There are more arranged marriages, but arranged doesn't mean forced or anything like that. Usually, the couple will get to know each other first before deciding. They meet each other formally, get to know enough about each other, and it's recently more common to have dates. It's like a blind date, really. If the date works, or if they fall in love after meeting, they get married. Arranged marriage *** love marriage.
we believe in marriages by heaven and married for seven births.we prefer arranged marriages and joint familes
Less love marriages and more arranged marriages.
This is happening in all over India.
love marriage is not so common but arrange marriage.
